  • Clean outside/inside and top of refrigerator/freezer
  • Clean inside and outside of microwave • Clean outside of dishwasher
  • Empty clean dishes in dishwasher
  • Clean stove outside/inside and top of oven
  • Wipe down outside of all cabinets
  • Clean and disinfect all countertops and backsplash
  • Wipe and shine sink
  • Clean small appliances and unplug
  • Wash and put away any dirty dishes
  • Organize dishes in cabinets and drawers
  • Take out garbage and reline the waste can 

Bathroom 

  • Clean and disinfect toilet
  • Clean and disinfect shower and tub
  • Check/replace provided shower curtain
  • Clean and disinfect counter, sink and fixtures
  • Wipe down outside of cabinet
  • Windex mirror
  • Arrange clean towels/washcloths/bathmat to owners specifications
  • Empty and reline trash can 

Bedroom 

  • Check comforter, mattress cover, pillows and make up bed (replace if needed)
  • Clean and disinfect high touch surface areas
  • Wipe surfaces (furniture)
  • Mop/sweep or vacuum floors and edges
  • Check dresser drawers for left items and wipe out if needed
  • Check if remote and TV are working correctly 

Living Room 

  • Wipe/disinfect flat surfaces
  • Mop/sweep or vacuum floors and edges
  • Remove cobwebs from corners
  • Vacuum under couch/chair cushions
  • Check if remote and TV are working correctly 

General 

  • Vacuum and steam mop all tile floors throughout the rental
  • Sweep front and back porches/outdoor areas
  • Clean and disinfect all outdoor furniture
  • Wipe and disinfect all high-touch surfaces: light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, fan pull, remote controls, faucets, etc.
  • Survey the unit: Check if anything is damaged, broken, or needs to be updated. Appliances to be checked for use and functionality.
  • Check for forgotten items in unit
  • Check and set the thermostat for appropriate temperature
  • Leave the unit presentable and organized to owners Standards 

Extra services that can be provided 

  • Launder all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmat, washcloths, kitchen towels, ext. 
  • Restock shampoo, conditioner, make-up wipes and bar of soap (provided by owner or us) 
  • Take inventory of kitchen items, decor, linens, etc 
  • Restock toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pod and trash can liners (provided by owner or us) 
  • Check/replace any broken or burned out lightbulbs
